How long have you been working with les Régisseurs?
I joined Régisseurs’ team a little over a year ago, as a marketing and communication assistant. After several experiences in the field of luxury goods, I decided to move to the world of real estate.
What does this job mean to you?
This job represents a great opportunity to put to good use my skills acquired during my university studies but also during my previous professional experiences.
What is your favourite aspect of your job?
I think that what I prefer is versatility. I’m a sort of free electron within the company, I have to collaborate with everyone on a wide variety of projects. I take care of the communication plan but I also intervene in the development of our management tools. Sometimes, I collaborate with the brokerage department to study the marketing strategies for the goods. I also work with the accounting and management departments to optimise our administrative processes etc.
What is the working tool you could not do without?
I couldn’t work without my computer, almost all of my tasks are digitised. This is both a big advantage because I can easily work from anywhere but it is also a disadvantage because at the slightest network failure my files are no longer available.
What inspires you?
It is the fact that I can make myself useful and bring an external point of view in certain situations. It’s interesting to be able to work with a heterogeneous group, everyone brings their own experience and knowledge. So we can move forward faster and go further, which I think is the strength of our team.
