Les Régisseurs

Julie Ballif, administrative assistant

“Seeing the joy on the future renters’ faces when the keys are delivered fills me with happiness!” J. Ballif – administrative assistant

How long have you been working with Les Régisseurs?

Always! As long as I can remember, I’ve spent my summers in the office. I loved both being useful and spending time with my parents, it allowed me to earn a little pocket money. Joining les Régisseurs team after my studies was an obvious choice for me. I wanted to use my time and knowledge while rediscovering the atmosphere and family values that are unique to this company.

What does this job mean to you?

This job represents both the opportunity to work in a family business with good values, but it also gives me a feeling of satisfaction and usefulness. Having a home is a primary human need and I like to think that I contribute to people’s well-being by providing them with a safe home.

What is your favourite aspect of your job?

Without hesitating to sign new leases. Seeing the joy on the future renters’ faces when the keys are delivered fills me with happiness!

In your opinion, what is the object that represents the administrative assistant?

I’d say it’s my black ballpoint pen, I always carry it with me. For writing memos, signing documents, taking notes and so on. I also think about my phone, I spend a large part of my days talking to my tenants to help or advise them.

Personal profile

What inspires you? My parents are my greatest source of inspiration. They are for me a model of success and perseverance. They have always been able to combine family and professional life while building their business when their children were still very young.

If you were a room in the house, which one would you be? I would be the kitchen! It’s the heart of the home, a real place to share pleasure and of course the only place where you can taste the dishes before everyone else!
