How long have you been working with les Régisseurs?

I joined Régisseur’s team as part of my training just over a year ago. As a trainee, I started this experience at the reception desk. I then joined the administration team and finally the accounting department.

What does this job mean to you?

This job and apprenticeship represent my future in the real estate field. It’s a real opportunity to learn every day from a team of passionate people. Since the first day of my training, I have never stopped learning new things both technically and administratively.

What is your favourite aspect of your job and apprenticeship?

I like the globality of my training, each department in which I have worked has brought me new knowledge. I’m very comfortable with figures, so I really enjoyed my time in the accounting department. However, what I like most of all is working in the property management department and being able to help renters to improve their daily comfort.

What is the working tool you could not do without?

My computer is totally indispensable in my daily life, it allows me to carry out almost all of my tasks. The telephone is also very important, because we put people at the heart of our work, it is fundamental when a renter calls us to be able to respond to his request as quickly as possible.

Personal profile of Adrien, trainee

What inspires you?

What drives me in my daily life is the opportunity to learn constantly and to put my knowledge at the service of our renters. For me, the most rewarding thing is to know that I have been able to contribute in improving a person’s or a family’s situation.

What are your hobbies/passions?

I’ve been passionate about sport since I was very young. I try to keep up a regular practice, but sometimes with classes and work it’s a bit complicated.

If you were a room in the house, which one would you be?

I think I would be the living room, it is for me the warmest place in the house, where we can share moments with our loved ones.
